Hiring Process
Step 1: Application Apply for the job you are interested in. If you are interested in more than one position, we suggest you apply separately to each job. Step 2: Phone Screen If you're selected for further consideration, we will contact you to schedule a phone screen with our HR dept. Step 3: Interview If you are selected to move beyond the phone screen, you will be contacted by HR to schedule an interview in our Broomfield, CO office. All candidates will meet with the hiring manager(s), as well as peers, to determine if you are a fit for ZOLL. If time and schedules permit, you may also meet with the Vice President of the department. On average, this will take 1-3 interviews. The peer interview will usually consist of a small panel. We make every effort to move qualified candidates through the interview process as quickly and effeciently as possible. Step 4: Selection After we have completed all interviews for the position, we will make gather feedback from everyone who participated in the interview process, and select the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role, and for ZOLL. Step 5: Offer If you are selected for the job, you will receive a call from the HR department with a verbal offer, as well as an offer of employment in writing.
