We, ZOLL, exist primarily to bring truly useful and valuable software and services to our customers. Nothing shall stand in the way of this goal.
Our products and services must breed customer loyalty, and our customers must believe they have received a valuable product for a fair price. We must solve real-world problems and be a critical part of the success of our customer's business. Our customers must feel that our products and services help make their businesses substantially better.
Each day, we must strive to improve both our products and our services. We must encourage and expect each other to contribute to this process.
We are a company that prides itself on honesty and integrity. We deal fairly and ethically with customers, employees, and vendors. We never pretend to be something that we are not, or that we can deliver something that we cannot. Our promises are kept. We take responsibility for our mistakes and attempt to quickly correct them to the satisfaction of those we deal with.
